Kufic

Kufic script is one of the oldest forms of Arabic calligraphy. It emerged in the 7th century in the city of Kufa. This style of writing is characterized by its bold, angular shapes and unique aesthetic appeal. Initially, it was primarily used for writing the Quran and other religious texts. They feature straight lines, sharp angles, and minimal curves. The letters are often square or rectangular in shape, giving the script a geometric and structured appearance. The font is known for its simplicity and clarity, making it easily recognizable. Kufic-style Urdu fonts are used in art, design, and typography. You can use them in logos, branding material, and decorative elements in architecture.
