Jameel Noori Nastaleeq Kasheeda is a variant of Jameel Noori Nastaleeq font family which was the originally designed and released by Ahmad Jameel Mirza under the trademark of Monotype in 1981. It was the one of the earliest Nastali’q calligraphy typeface and has the honor of being the very first and only OpenType Font with Kasheeda. Kashida, also known as Tatweel, is a way to justify text in languages that use scripts like Arabic and Urdu.
