Moga Magdy

Designed by Magdy Soliman, an Egyptian typeface designer and released under the trademark of Zak Design in 2012, Moga Magdy is a bold and wide Arabic font family. It is seemingly based on the Naskh script, suggested by its geometric parameters. It has an extensive character set of 498 symbols and letterforms, with a glyph count 252. It only comes in bold weight and has support for Arabic and Latin. The lines forming the characters are thick and prominent, making the font stand out visually. The thickness of the lines is inconsistent throughout the characters, unlike fonts with constant thick and thin strokes. This contrasting thickness gives the text a visually appealing outlook. This Arabic font also gives off the feel of cartoon-style fonts with sharp, filled yet playful strokes.
