SF Arabic

SF Arabic or San Fransisco Arabic is one of the most popular font families that comes in a variety of weights befitting various design needs. It was developed by Apple in the early 2000s with a series of other fonts. Inspired by the traditional Naskh style, it is highly readable even in smaller sizes. SF Arabic is designed to be both flexible and space-efficient. It has a total of 700 characters and 1327 glyphs and is based on Arabic and Latin Symbols but can be used to write text in different languages including Urdu.

The precise typography of this font is made possible by nine weights, including italics, as well as additional features like small caps, fractions, higher and lowercase numbers, indexes, arrows, and more. According to the Apple Inc. license, this Apple Font can only be used for modeling user interfaces for software applications that operate on Apple’s iOS, iPadOS, macOS, or tvOS operating systems, as applicable.
