Naqsh is a sharp or angular Qalam writing Urdu font inspired by the Naskh traditional scripting technique. It is the sharp qalam style of Arabic calligraphy, known for its precise strokes. Each letter is carefully crafted with a clear edge, reflecting the art of qalam writing. This sharpness adds sophistication to the text, making it suitable for formal documents, branding, or modern logos. It was designed by Lateef Sagar Shaikh, with Latin characters created by Umar Rashid. Released on April 23, 2011, it features 1733 characters and 1821 glyphs, offering diversity to fulfill various design needs. The font is available in a normal weight and medium width.
