FF Hekaya

FF Hekaya is an Arabic typeface, developed by Fahd Al Fraikh and its rights were reserved in 2016. “Hekaya” is an Arabic word that means tale or Storytelling. It’s a cute bubbly font that is normally used for children’s books and products, to attract the kids. It is based on Latif handwriting and supports Arabic and Latin. It has a charset of 356 which includes letters, symbols, and punctuations in Arabic with a glyph count of 350. The font features letterforms with soft, rounded curves and plenty of bounce, resembling playful handwriting or balloons. The letters are filled with no embellishments and the unusual untidy look of this font makes it welcoming and joyful. Despite its bubbly style, FF Hekaya maintains good readability due to its clear letterforms and consistent spacing.  Its playfulness makes it perfect for books, apps, or design elements aimed at young audiences. It has a large character set which makes it suitable to write different Urdu texts. The can be used to make headlines as well as it can be used to write plain body text.
