ae Ouhod is a bold and geometrical Arabic font designed by font designer Fazlur Rahman Quraishi. Released in May 2011, the font is a trademark of Arabic font foundry Arabeyes. It has a unique appearance, with all letters perfectly aligned to the same length. It has a relatively small and wide letterform, and due to its bold font weight, it appears to be slightly condensed. Drawing inspiration from the Naskh calligraphy script, it also includes some elements of traditional Kufic, which is evident in its square-like letterform.
