Kacst Title

The Kacst Title is an Arabic font that is a trademark of KACST (King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology). KACST holds the patent of this Arabic typeface which is donated under GPL by KACST. It contains 426 characters and symbols and has a glyph count of 459. Besides that, it has support for Arabic and Latin, offering compatibility for numerous Unicode blocks including Basic Latin, Latin-1, Supplement Spacing, Letterlike Symbols, Private Use Area, Arabic, among others. It is strongly influenced by traditional Islamic calligraphy and has a clean and sophisticated flowing, interwoven appearance. The font portrays a series of interlocking squares in each word, their rigid forms softened by smooth, curving lines creating a sense of visual rhythm. This type of font can be used for tech branding and creative posters. It is highly readable but its unusual geometric design limits its usability. This, it is not suitable for writing longer texts.
