Mothanna is an open-source Arabic font licensed under the SIL-Open Font License 2008. It was developed by Arabeyes.org as part of the Khotot project, developed by Khaled Hosny. It is a diverse font with deep roots in traditional Arabic calligraphy, lending its essence from Naskh style. And if you look carefully, you will also find traces of traditional Thulu’th calligraphy. It contains 244 characters with 368 glyphs, making it compatible with various languages, including Arabic, Latin, Persian, Urdu, and more.
